LoLa TriBeCa founder Rachael Elderfield is an Australian native who followed her passion for fashion, travel, and beautiful design all the way to New York City. After studying Fashion and Design, Rachael embraced her dream lifestyle, first moving to the laid-back coastal havens of Byron Bay and Bondi Beach, where she trained in the art of metalsmithing under renowned jeweler and designer Ceeb Wassermann. Surrounded by sunshine, ocean air, surf culture, and endless sparkle, Rachael discovered the inspiration that continues to shape LoLa TriBeCa today.

Following her studies, Rachael built an exciting international career across fashion, jewelry, and accessories, working in sales, design, and brand management throughout Melbourne, Sydney, London, and New York. Her experience spanning iconic global brands and intimate boutique labels cultivated a refined eye for rare, must-have pieces with exceptional craftsmanship and soul.

Driven by a deep love for jewelry and a desire to champion women creatives around the world, Rachael envisioned a space that celebrated extraordinary female designers and artisans.

In 2019, LoLa TriBeCa was proudly born — first online, and soon after with its charming boutique nestled in the heart of historic Tribeca. Today, the store houses a thoughtfully curated collection of vintage treasures and contemporary jewelry created by talented female designers and brands that actively support women artisans worldwide.
